Project overview
JPS provided structural and civil engineering services for the development of a new tap house and community theatre for Joule’s Brewery in Stone, Staffordshire.
Located on a prominent canal-side site in the heart of the town, the project combined the careful restoration and refurbishment of existing buildings with the construction of new facilities designed to enhance the brewery’s presence within the local community.
The scheme incorporated feature exposed steelwork, composite floor slabs and piled foundations, creating a distinctive and modern destination while respecting the site’s historic character and waterside setting.
